Having only one heavy meal in a day is not recommended instead the meal should be broken in to 5-6 parts. This gives body the message that it will be supplied food at regular intervals to perform the daily chores. Starving oneself does not help.

Apart from eating right, body should also get a certain amount of physical activity. Drinking water also helps. Following a proper and a healthy routine helps one to lose weight in a safer and an effective manner.
